These Terms and Conditions apply to all emergency electrical services provided by Electrical Powerhaus (“the Company”) to customers (“the Customer”) in Melbourne. By requesting or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

• Electrical Powerhaus provides emergency electrical services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technician availability.
• All services will be carried out with reasonable care, skill, and in accordance with Australian standards and relevant legislation.
• Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, site access, or third-party delays.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• The Customer must provide clear and safe access to the premises and all areas where work is to be performed.
• The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals for work to be carried out at the site.
• If the Customer requests urgent or after-hours attendance, additional charges may apply as advised at the time of booking.
• The Customer must ensure the work area is free from hazards and provide access to basic facilities (power, water, etc.) as needed.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices will be provided upfront where possible. Emergency and after-hours rates may apply.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Additional charges may apply if further work or parts are required due to unforeseen circumstances or hidden faults discovered during the job.
• If finance or payment plans are offered, eligibility will be subject to approval by our third-party providers.

4. Cancellations and Call-Outs

• If the Customer cancels the service after a technician has been dispatched, a call-out fee may be charged.
• If the Customer is not present or denies access at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.

5. Warranties and Liability

• Electrical Powerhaus warrants that all work will be performed to a professional standard and in compliance with relevant laws.
• Any compliance certificates required by law will be issued upon completion of the work.
• The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including inclement weather, site restrictions, or third-party actions.
• The Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of any goods or materials delivered to site for the job.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Electrical Powerhaus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the provision of emergency electrical services.
• The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of supplying the service again or the cost of having the service supplied by another provider, at the Company’s discretion.

• By booking or receiving services from Electrical Powerhaus, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
