Our crew works out of Box Hill in the City of Whitehorse, right in the middle of Melbourne's east. That puts most of the suburbs we cover within about 20 kilometres of our base, which is why we can usually book you in fast and send someone quickly when something goes wrong.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Our call-out is $0 anywhere in our service area, and you get a fixed written quote before any work starts. New customers also get 15% off their first service.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency electricians?
Yes. Our emergency line, 0432 220 069, is answered around the clock for power outages, burning smells, tripping switchboards and storm damage.
